The title is in Resolve, but the part that makes it move did not install. These 3 steps fix it.
TypeFlow and TypeFlow Lite each have their own installer. Unzip your download and run it: Mac Installer.pkg on Mac, Windows Installer.exe on Windows. Wait until it says it finished. Got Resolve from the Mac App Store? Open it once and quit it first.
Save your project, quit Resolve fully, then open it again.
On the Edit page, open Effects, then Titles, then rystalfx. Drag a new TypeFlow title onto your timeline. If an older title still shows the warning, delete it and add a new one.
Look at the name in the warning. rystalTypeFlowLite needs the TypeFlow Lite installer. rystalTypeFlow needs the full TypeFlow installer. One does not fix the other.
