These terms explain the practical rules for buying and using digital products from rystal.shop.

Digital delivery

Products are delivered as digital downloads through the checkout provider. Keep your order email so support can find your purchase and resend access if needed.

Compatibility

Product pages describe the supported DaVinci Resolve version, edition, and any product-specific limits. Check those details before buying.

Refunds and legal rights

The refund policy applies in addition to consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

License

Your purchase gives you a license to use the product under the rystal.shop license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the product files.

Third-party platforms

Checkout, payment processing, customer libraries, email forms, and video embeds may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, Payhip, Kit, Tally, YouTube, and Netlify.
