Yes. TypeFlow works on both the Edit Page and Fusion page.
Does it work on the free version of Resolve?
Yes. Free and Studio both, DaVinci Resolve 20 and up.

Do I need to know Fusion?
No. You control TypeFlow from the Edit Page inspector.

Yes. TypeFlow can animate counters with decimals, prefixes, suffixes, separators, timing, easing, and styles.
